Admissions Policies & Procedures for Foreign Students Requesting Student Visa to USA

Policies: Visa must be applied for by the student.  We have an online procedure for foreign students to apply to INSVA for a USA student visa. Visa is approved by the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) through the SEVIS online system. We will apply for the applicant through the SEVIS system only when all admissions requirements have been satisfied by the applicant.

Admissions Procedures

Applicant must submit completed Application $285 payment includes application fee, school registration, and immigration's form, overnight FedEx service if rush is required by the applicant – rates can be determined on FedEx site). all required documentation (translated high school transcript, financial documentation that meet the requirements described on the application, medical clearance if applicable). Once all items are received,  We will review the package and determine if the visa application may be submitted to SEVIS. Then you will need to pay $989.00 and  we will provide you with your "confirmation" (Letter of Admission) which you will need to show when applying for your Visa at the nearest Consulate.   The Letter of Admission will be sent to you by regular mail unless otherwise required by the applicant.  Applicant may desire FedEx processing which is an extra charge.
